The Offer
Share your experience with SmartBolts products and we will send you a complimentary SmartBolts t-shirt.
The t-shirt is for taking the time to give feedback. It is not conditional on what you say, and not conditional on posting a public review. Critical feedback is welcome and is treated the same as positive feedback.
Eligibility
- Open to individuals aged 18 or over who have used or evaluated SmartBolts products in a professional capacity.
- A valid business email and a deliverable address in an eligible region are required. Eligible regions: [LIST].
- One t-shirt per person; maximum [X] per company site.
- Not open to employees, distributors or agency partners of [LEGAL ENTITY].
- Available while stocks last. Closes [DATE] or at [QUANTITY] t-shirts, whichever comes first.
Public Reviews — Optional and Unrewarded
You may be invited to share your experience publicly after submitting feedback. This is entirely optional.
Posting a public review is not required to receive a t-shirt, does not improve your chances of receiving one, and is not rewarded in any way.
If you do post a public review, you must clearly disclose that you received a gift — for example: “I received a free t-shirt from SmartBolts for providing feedback.” You are responsible for complying with the content policies of the platform you post on. SmartBolts does not script, edit or approve review content, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or administered by Google LLC or any other review platform.
Verification
Submissions must be genuine and reflect your own experience. We verify all submissions and may request a purchase reference, distributor name or company detail by email — you have 14 days to respond. We may decline any submission that appears fraudulent, duplicated, automated, or not from a genuine customer, and withhold the t-shirt accordingly.
Gift Acceptance
Many organisations restrict the acceptance of gifts from suppliers. By participating you confirm that accepting this gift does not breach any policy of your employer, client or contracting organisation, and that you have obtained any approval required.
If your organisation’s policy prevents you from accepting a gift, you are still welcome to submit feedback — indicate this on the form and nothing will be sent. Compliance with your own organisation’s policy remains your responsibility.
The T-Shirt
One t-shirt in the design and size selected, subject to availability. Where a design or size is unavailable we may substitute an item of equivalent value or contact you to choose again. The t-shirt has no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, resold or redeemed for cash, credit or product. Any taxes, duties or import charges arising in your jurisdiction are your responsibility.
Shipping
T-shirts are shipped to the address you provide — please check it carefully, as we cannot redirect a shipment once dispatched. Allow [X] business days for verification and processing, plus transit; international delivery takes longer.
SmartBolts is not liable for delays, loss or non-delivery caused by carriers, customs processes, or incorrect or incomplete addresses. To correct an address, email [EMAIL] immediately after submitting. Undeliverable or returned shipments are forfeited if a corrected address is not provided within 30 days.
How We Use Your Feedback
Without your consent, your feedback stays internal. It is used only to improve our products, service and communications, and is never published, attributed or shared externally.
The feedback form includes separate, optional consents. Where you give consent, you may allow us to:
- publish your feedback anonymously or in de-identified form;
- publish your feedback with your name, job title and/or company attached;
- contact you about a case study, interview or site visit.
If you consent to company attribution, you confirm you are authorised by your organisation to permit the use of its name. Use of company logos requires separate written permission.
For any consent given, you grant SmartBolts a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, edit for length and clarity without altering meaning, and publish the feedback across our website, sales materials, social channels and marketing communications.
You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting [EMAIL]. We will remove the material from channels under our control within a reasonable period. Withdrawal does not require return of the t-shirt.
Privacy and Marketing
Personal information is handled in accordance with the SmartBolts Privacy Policy at [URL], and is used to administer the Program, verify eligibility, ship the gift, and — where consent is given — for the purposes set out in Section 8. Shipping details are shared with our fulfilment and carrier partners for delivery only.
Marketing communications are opt-in and are not a condition of receiving the gift. You may unsubscribe at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact [EMAIL].
Changes to the Program
SmartBolts may amend, suspend or terminate the Program, or vary these Terms, at any time without prior notice. Valid submissions received before a change will be honoured under the Terms in effect at the time of submission. The current version is always published at [URL].
General
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartBolts’ total liability in connection with the Program is limited to the replacement value of one (1) t-shirt, and SmartBolts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Participation creates no employment, agency, partnership or endorsement relationship. These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], [COUNTRY]. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
