Eligibility
1.1 This promotion is open to customers who submit their genuine SmartBolts experience and application photos through the campaign form.
1.2 Each verified participant may receive one (1) complimentary SmartBolts t-shirt, subject to availability.
1.3 The t-shirt is provided for submitting honest feedback, whether positive or critical.
1.4 The t-shirt cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative products. Participants are responsible for complying with their employer’s gift acceptance policy.
Submission Verification
2.1 All submissions are subject to verification by SmartBolts.
2.2 SmartBolts may request proof of purchase or additional information using the email address provided.
2.3 False, duplicate, spam or unverifiable submissions will not qualify for a t-shirt.
Availability & Delivery
3.1 This promotion will run for three (3) months from the official launch date or until the allocated promotional T-shirt quantity has been reached, whichever comes first.
3.2 The promotion is limited, subject to availability and successful submission verification.
3.3 T-shirt designs and sizes are subject to availability.
3.4 This promotion is open to eligible SmartBolts customers worldwide. However, delivery is subject to shipping availability, service coverage and restrictions imposed by our fulfilment provider, Printful.
3.5 SmartBolts reserves the right to decline delivery to locations where shipping is unavailable or restricted.
3.6 T-shirts will be shipped to the address provided following successful verification. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

Use of Testimonials & Photos
4.1 Participants must have permission to share submitted photos and company information.
4.2 With separate permission given through the form, SmartBolts may publish submitted feedback and photos on its website, social media and marketing materials. Feedback may be edited for clarity without changing its meaning.
4.3 Publication permission is optional and does not affect eligibility for a t-shirt. Published testimonials will disclose the complimentary gift.
4.4 Participants may withdraw permission for future use by contacting info@smartbolts.com.
Privacy & Marketing
5.1 Personal information will be used to verify submissions and arrange delivery in accordance with the SmartBolts Privacy Policy.
5.2 Marketing subscriptions are optional. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
Promotion Changes
6.1 SmartBolts reserves the right to amend, suspend or end this promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws.
6.2 The promotion will automatically close once the promotional T-shirt allocation has been exhausted or the three-month campaign period has ended, whichever comes first.
6.3 Eligible submissions received before the promotion closes will be honoured in accordance with the Terms & Conditions applicable at the time of submission, subject to verification and delivery availability.
